Staff was great, surgery addressed the issue, PT Shawn was fun and fantastic to work with, and I had confidence in the work of Dr. Powell. Very satisfied.  Easy to recommend Follow up:    over the past few years, a lingering discomfort/pain returned, often times strong to not want to walk the dog. I had already exhausted the insurance approved injections after surgery.The   lack of trust in my knee led me back to Dr Powell. The only option left was PRP injections. They are not approved  by insurance and are a bit pricy. But I had known many athletes that opted for PRP injections and got a renewal to compete in their sport for many more years. Dr Powell and his staff are absolutely wonderful! He has excellent listening skills , a caring  attitude,  is extremely knowledgeable, and explains options to consider regarding surgical procedures. I opted for PRP injections in conjunction with my surgery. The results have been excellent.  The post op care for my knee surgery was at Powell Therapy center and my experience was top notch. I have had Dr. Powell do carpal tunnel surgery on both hands and scoping surgery on one knee. He is takes time with you, explains everything to you what he is going to do for your surgery, he is so nice, I wouldn't go to any one else and his whole staff are so nice.
